Question: Why is it when I bake my madeleines in the proper pan, the ridges never show. I really would like to see the ridges. Response: Hi Connie, Thanks for writing.I can certainly understand -- what's the point of madeleines without the ridges? I'm not sure why this is happening. What sort of mold are you using - silicone, non-stick, or another? Which recipe are you using? If you can let me know, I can probably come up with a few suggestions.Kind Regards,Kim
